Shipping & Returns

We hope you are completely satisfied with your Seilenna purchase.
If you do wish to return an item for any reason you may do so up to 14 days from the date of receipt for a full refund, as long as it is returned to us in its original condition & packaging, with all labels intact.

Please note that it is not possible to organise an exchange - if you wish change the item you have purchased, please return the item and order the product you would like from the website.
Goods must be unworn and unwashed and where relevant, hygiene strips must be in place.In the interest of hygiene, please wear underwear when trying on swimwear pieces and avoid make-up coming into contact with swimwear or cover-ups when trying them on. We may refuse to refund or exchange if it's clear this hasn't been done, and return the goods to you.

Please also note that we cannot accept returns on the following:
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after receipt.
- Any item that is damaged / has missing parts or is not in its original condition.

After we have received your return shipment, we will process the refund and notify you via e-mail. The refund will be in the same form of payment that you originally used.

We aim to process refunds and exchanges the day we receive them, however during busy times it may take a couple of days. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be credited to your original payment method.
Gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Please make sure goods are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.
In the unlikely event that something you have bought from us is faulty when it arrives then we'll be happy to replace it for you.
If an item becomes faulty after a period of time then please contact customer services before returning it. We will either repair or replace the item at our discretion.
